Thank you for shopping at DUBAR Watches & Jewellery. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (PKT) will be processed the following business day.

You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: Rs. 200

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over Rs. 5000

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): 5-8 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 9-12 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

To ensure safe and timely delivery of your timepieces and jewellery sets, we partner with Pakistan’s most reliable premium courier services.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

We are pleased to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method for our customers across Pakistan, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Verification: All COD orders require a valid and active Pakistani mobile number. Our team may contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Unconfirmed orders will be canceled after 48 hours.

  2. Order Limits: COD is only available for orders up to Rs.5000. For orders exceeding this amount, an advance payment (partial or full) via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa may be required.

  3. Parcel Refusal: Customers who refuse to accept their parcels at the time of delivery without a valid reason will be flagged in our system. Future orders from such accounts will require advance online payment.

  4. Open Parcel Policy: Please note that couriers do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the full payment to the rider. If you face any issues after opening the parcel, please refer to our Return Policy.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email. You can use this link on the respective courier's website to track your shipment’s journey in real time.
